They have been serving millions of customers through their 500+ branches, 80,000+ agents, comprehensive set of trusted partners and via their online sales channel.

Project Challenges

  • Total Website Revamp to ensure performance was not degraded when their website needed refurbishing, our technical team stepped in for the task.
  • CMS Incorporation to provide a secure User Experience. CMS integration was the first essential step without having to resort to a complex monolithic solution.
  • Addition of modules for an immersive experience module like Live chat support, Insurance Calculator and many more had to be added.

    A testing environment was set up. We benchmarked the performance of their existing platform and compared it to the planned new version to check if performance would in fact improve. We then provided them with a new and improved personalized experience.
